Jeff is a highly experienced and accomplished advocate with over thirty years’ court room experience.
He undertakes a wide range of Financial Remedy cases, TOLATA (involving cohabitation disputes) and Schedule 1 claims. He is regularly involved in cases involving expert evidence, business and corporate issues, third party interests, dissipation of assets, property subject to trusts and where foreign property is involved.
He also has extensive experience of representing parents and children in Children Act proceedings. The nature of the disputes have varied from contact and residence issues to serious allegations of abuse.
Focusing on the needs of the client he understands the importance of providing straightforward, realistic and practical advice. He represents his clients robustly in court, but does his utmost to resolve matters cost effectively and by agreement whenever possible
Jeff is happily married with two children. In his spare time he enjoys running (slowly!), reading and going to the cinema.
